Billing Questions
• I pay in advance for the month, what exactly does that mean?
You pay for your service a month in advance and prior to using it for the month. Of course if for any reason you need to discontinue service, we will prorate your bill and refund you back any money for unused days of service.
• How do I pay my bill and are there any additional fees for paper billing?
Our billing fees represent the differences in costs to the different choices we have for billing and payments. Automatic payments via a checking or savings account are entirely free. Automatic payments using a debit or credit card incur a $2.50 processing fee. Non-Automatic payments incur a $5.00/month fee. Manual payments can then be made using Checking or Savings information, or Debit/Credit information with an additional $2.50 processing fee. All customers receive invoices emailed in a print-friendly fashion. There is a $5.00 fee to receive a monthly paper bill. Billing options can be changed anytime by logging into your i3 Broadband account.
• Where can I see my bill?
Most bills will be emailed to the primary email address on your account every month. If you have opted out of that option, and chose to have a physical copy of your bill sent to you, then you will receive your bill in the mail each month. You can always login to our website and print your bills from home as well. Simply click here, select sign in.
