My name is Maureen Gervais. I am the receptionist at Full Channel. I enjoy meeting all of our Full Channel customers personally and getting to know them. I always enjoy the personal interactions I have with each and every individual. Not only am I here to answer your questions, explain our services, review your account, and take your payments but also I often forward to the management at Full Channel your ideas, questions and your enthusiasm for our company. It is important to me to keep you aware of all the new happenings at Full Channel.

Our personal “one-on-one” time is very important to me. I love hearing your stories about vacations, grandchildren, weddings and other wonderful events in your lives, including how much money is won at the casinos! (The gifts I receive from our wonderful customers on holidays are added enjoyment and very much appreciated). Our office has become a meeting place for friends, to meet and talk and include me in their lives. I have been in sales for a many years, and Full Channel customer are the best I have met.
